Exhibit tables include: 

  • One 6ft table, tablecloth, two chairs. (access to electrical outlets is extremely limited)
  • One event ticket for exhibitor representative (includes meals). Additional representatives will need to register as attendees.
  • All exhibitors (and sponsors with exhibit table) will be included in our annual exhibitor passport game! Attendees who collect a stamp from each of the exhibitors will be entered a drawing to win an ipad!

Cancellation Policy:

If the commitment is canceled in writing before August 1, 2025, Missouri Rural Health Association will provide a 50% refund, minus a processing fee. There will be NO REFUND after the specified cut-off date.
