Exhibit tables include: 

  • One 6ft table, tablecloth, two chairs. (access to electrical outlets is extremely limited)
  • One event ticket for exhibitor representative (includes meals). Additional representatives will need to register as attendees.
  • All exhibitors (and sponsors with exhibit table) will be included in our annual exhibitor passport game! Attendees who collect a stamp from each of the exhibitors will be entered a drawing to win an ipad!

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the hotel and associations, their agents, servants, and employees from any and all such loses, damages, and claims.

Cancellation Policy:

If the commitment is canceled in writing before August 1, 2025, Missouri Rural Health Association will provide a 50% refund, minus a processing fee. There will be NO REFUND after the specified cut-off date.
